During the warranty period, Next Electronics LLC will accept and repair defects free of charge, except those caused by the User’s actions or misuse.
-
No warranty coverage other than that specified in this warranty certificate will be provided.
-
The warranty certificate is valid only when presented together with the purchase receipt.
-
Warranty services cannot be provided if the warranty certificate is lost. The Company is not obliged to issue a replacement certificate.
-
Next Electronics LLC is not responsible for transportation costs incurred in delivering defective products to the service centre or collecting them after repair.
-
Please ensure that products submitted to the service centre for repair are clean.
-
Warranty Certificate Requirements
- The certificate must bear the stamp or seal of the party issuing the product.
- The relevant product information must be recorded on the certificate.
- The product name, model, serial number, purchase date, and the full names of the purchaser and sales representative must be written clearly and completely.
- If your product is delivered, please ensure that its serial number is recorded on the warranty certificate and that the certificate bears the issuing party’s stamp or seal.
-
Product Repairs
- Products that can be repaired will not be replaced or refunded. They will be repaired free of charge only.
- Warranty repairs that do not require spare parts will be completed within 1–14 days.
- If spare parts must be ordered from the manufacturer, repairs will be completed within 30–90 days.
-
Product Replacements
- If a product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced with a product of the same type rather than accepted for a refund.
- If repairs are not completed within the specified timeframe, the product will be replaced with an identical product.
- If a product has been repaired three times, it will be replaced with a product of the same type rather than accepted for a refund. If a product of the same type is unavailable, it will be replaced with a product of equivalent value.
- If a product submitted for warranty repair is found to be irreparable and is to be replaced, a depreciation amount will be deducted from its value based on its period of use and wear and tear. This assessment also includes the product’s packaging.
